- How is this different from a management system build?
- There is deliberate overlap. A management system build produces the whole system. Systems development is the design and engineering work inside it, and is often engaged where an organisation already has parts of a system and needs the underlying processes and tools built properly.
- Do you work with our existing software?
- Yes. We design the process first, then fit it to whatever you already use, whether that is a safety platform, SharePoint or a well-organised set of spreadsheets.
