How we work
We are a consultant-led practice, not an agency that subcontracts your job to whoever is free. The person who scopes your work is the person who does it and the person you call afterwards.
Everything we produce is tested against one question: will the people on the tools actually use it? A system that satisfies an auditor but sits unopened on a shared drive has not made anybody safer.
Based in Perth and working australia-wide, we deliver documentation and system work remotely and travel for site-based engagements.

Ismail leads every engagement at Premier Safety Consulting, from initial consultation through to the follow-up work after a report is delivered. His background is in site-based work health and safety, and that shapes how the advice is written: specific, practical and grounded in how work is really performed.
